9th Asian Youth Training Camp and Coaching Course AIR PISTOL / Trap - 2023 Kuwait

The Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC), in cooperation with Kuwait Shooting Federation (KSF), is organizing the 9^th Asian Youth Training Camp (Trap/Air Pistol) that will be held on 10^th – 18^th February 2023. The camp is aimed to improve and elevate the skills of youth shooters and national coaches and sponsored by Asian Kuwait Fund and International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Development Fund.

The ASC have recently finalized the preparations of the 9^th Asian Camp and is set to welcome all participants that are from 19 member federations with an overall total of 68 participants. The total participant for Trap is 17 (11 shooters and 6 coaches), whereas for Air Pistol is 51 (27 shooters and 24 coaches).

The camp will entail practical active shooting and theoretical in-class lectures. The Air Pistol will be instructed by Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov and Trap by Mr. Mirco Cenci.  Additionally, the camp will including Anti-Doping course given by instructors from Kuwait Anti-Doping agency as well as Sport Science (Psychology) and Sport Science (Training Science) by academic professors from Public Authority for Applied Education and Technology (PAAET).

All in all, the ASC in cooperation with KSF is organizing these camps with a sole aim to encourage and improve the skills of youth shooters and national coaches in Asia.
