Closing Ceremony , 9th Asian Youth Training Camp & Coaching Course Trap / Air pistol - 2023 Kuwait

The 9th Asian Youth Training Camp & Coaching Course Trap/Pistol started on 11th February 2023 at Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad Olympic Shooting Complex Kuwait. Both the 9th and 10th Asian Youth Training Camps were sponsored by the International Shooting Sport Federations (ISSF) Development Fund and hosted by Kuwait Shooting Federation (KSF) with 68 participants is attending the 9th Asian Youth Training Camp from 21 Asian federations.
The camp is scheduled was 10th - 18th February 2023 and instructed by Coach Mr. Mirco Cenci and Mr. Daniele Di Saigon for Trap, Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov and Mrs. Marina Solodovnikov for Airpistol.

The aim of the camp is to give an all-round fundamental education to the youth, including lectures in safety rules, developing shooting skills and anti-doping along with physical and practical training sessions. Since the majority of participating shooters are beginners, our aim is to develop their skills and techniques over a sound basis, to train the to shoot better in internationally and continental competitions stated Mr. Ahmed Nedal AlSayed Omar – Manager ASC Headquarters.

Furthermore, organizers arranged a grand ceremony to conclude 9th Asian youth training camp & coaching course which took place at ASC VIP Hall.

On behalf of the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) Mr. Ahmed Nedal welcomed H.E. Ahmed Mahloof Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment Republic Of Maldives and thanked as the guest of honor at the closing ceremony and conveyed his deep appreciation to H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah ASC President and Eng. Duaij AlOtaibi ASC Secretary General and President of Kuwait Shooting Federation for their dedication to the development of shooting sport in Asia and encouraging youth in Asia to elevate the shooting sport.

Finally ASC President, ASC Secretary General and Mr. Ahmed Mahloof distributed the certificates and gifts to all participants and wish them for their future.
