In a remarkable display of skill and determination, Indian shooters achieved notable success at the ISSF Word Cup Junior Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun held in Suhl, Germany. The Organizing Committee oversaw three thrilling finals, with India Japan and Korea securing medals with impressive results in three events.
The first final, the 10m Air Rifle Men, witnessed an outstanding performance by Indian shooter DHANUSH Srikanth. With impeccable precision and composure, Srikanth clinched the gold medal in this highly competitive category.
Continuing the country's strong showing, the second final showcased the Skeet Mixed Team Junior event. Representing India, the team consisting of Harmehar Singh Lally and Sanjana Sood exhibited remarkable teamwork and skill. In a closely contested match, Lally and Sood secured the bronze medal, further bolstering India's success in the tournament.
The 10m Air Rifle Women Junior final witnessed a fierce competition between talented shooters from various nations. Japan's Misaki NOBATA put up a remarkable performance and secured the silver medal, displaying their exceptional marksmanship. Meanwhile, Korea's Jieun KIM showcased her expertise and earned the bronze medal for her country.
