19th Asian Games, Set to Begin Soon in Hanghzou, China with over 400 Olympic Shooting Athletes, 33 Shooting events and 102 Medals from 24 September to 1 October 2023.

The excitement is building as we are just few days away from the highly anticipated 19th Asian Games set to take place in Hangzhou, China on September 23, 2023. This prestigious event promises to be a spectacular showcase of athletic prowess and cultural diversity.

Representing the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC), the ASC President H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah and ASC Secretary General H.E. Eng. Duaij AlOtaibi, alongside esteemed Asian delegates, are preparing for a memorable presence in Hangzhou, China.

The 19th Asian Games will witness over 400 Olympic shooting athletes from across Asia competing on Fuyang Yinhu Sports Center, which is located 35.8 kilometer from Athletes village. The Asian Games will include various shooting disciplines that will run from 24th September 2023 to 1st October 2023. A total of 102 medals will be awarded in the Asian Games that are 33 Gold, 33 Silver, and 36 Bronze. The Shooting competition will consist of thirty-three (33) events as follows:

Men’s Events (16):
50m Rifle 3 Positions, 10m Air Rifle, 25m Rapid Fire Pistol, 10m Air Pistol, 10m Running Target, 10m Running Target Mixed Run, 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team, 10m Air Rifle Team, 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Team, 10m Air Pistol Team, 10m Running Target Team, 10m Running Target Mixed Run Team, Trap, Skeet, Trap Team, and Skeet Team.

Women’s Events (14):
50m Rifle 3 Positions, 10m Air Rifle, 25m Pistol, 10m Air Pistol, 10m Running Target, 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team, 10m Air Rifle Team, 25m Pistol Team, 10m Air Pistol Team, 10m Running Target Team, Trap, Skeet, Trap Team, and Skeet Team.

Participating athletes have been training relentlessly, and their dedication and determination are expected to deliver record-breaking performances.
