Successful ASC General Assembly Marks New Leadership and New ASC Committee Appointments in 39th Executive Meeting.

Major Highlights:

• ASC Executive Committee (ASC ExCo) approved converting ASC Temporary Committees to Permanent Committees
• ASC ExCo appoints new Chairpersons and Members for ASC Committees

The Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) marked another significant milestone as it convened its 39th executive meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kuwait. Following the success of the ASC General Assembly.

The meeting commenced with an opening speech delivered by the ASC President, H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah and extended his sincere congratulations to the newly elected Vice-Presidents and Executive Committee members, recognizing their vital roles in advancing the organization's mission.

The meeting featured the introduction of the recently appointed members of the ASC Executive Committee, each bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to their roles.

The ASC Executive Committee has approved to converted ASC Temporary Committees to Permanents, which are Planning and Development Committee and Statues Committee. Additionally, the ExCo appointed The Chairpersons and members of Technical and Judges Committee, the Medical and Anti-Doping Committee, Planning and Development Committee, and Statues Committee reflecting its integral roles in shaping the ASC's governance.

These decisions mark a significant step forward for the ASC, as it prepares in a new era of excellence, growth, and development of Olympic shooting sports. The newly appointed committee members and leaders are expected to bring their passion, expertise, and vision to further elevate the standards and reach of the ASC.

As the ASC continues adapt to the changing landscape of sports, these developments reflect its unwavering commitment to excellence, fair play, and the continued success of shooting sports in the Asian region and beyond.
