Meeting of the ASC President and Secretary General with The Chairpersons of ASC Committees

On the sidelines of Asian Shotgun Championship and taking advantage of the presence of many executive committee members in Kuwait, ASC President H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah and ASC Secretary General H.E. Eng. Duaij AlOtaibi presided a consultancy meeting with the Chairpersons of all four ASC Committees.

The primary agenda of the meeting with to discuss each ASC Committee’s initiatives, Terms of References, Proposals, Future Plans and establish clear objectives as well as priorities for each ASC Committee’s work.

ASC Honorary President H.E. Sheikh Ali AlKhalifa, Vice President H.E. Javaid Lodhi and Executive Committee Members H.E. Shirantha Peries, H.E. Oleg Pochivalov, H.E. Hassan Binhdia, H.E. Boutrous Jalkh, Chairperson of Technical & Judges Committee H.E. Abdulla AlHammadi, Chairperson of Planning & Development Committee H.E. Obaid AlOsaimi, Chairperson of Medical & Anti-Doping Committee H.E. Asad Abbas Shah, Chairperson of Statutes Committee H.E. Antoine Bechara and ASC Director Mr. Ahmad Nedhal AlSayed Omar attended the meeting focusing on several crucial aspects aimed at advancing the sport in the region, encompassing the technical development of the Olympic shooting sport and strategic initiatives to support member federations.

Measures were discussed to enhance the skills of athletes, coaches, and trainers, showcasing the ASC's commitment to elevating the competitive standards of the sport. Simultaneously, anti-doping programs took center stage, underscoring the ASC's dedication to ensuring a fair and clean competition environment.

The involvement of these key individuals underscores the comprehensive approach taken by the ASC to address various aspects of the sport.

As the Asian Shotgun Championship progresses, the ASC remains steadfast in its mission to elevate the standards of shooting sports and provide a platform for athletes to excel on the international stage.
