On the invitation of H.E. Luciano Rossi President of ISSF & FITAV, H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah President of ASC made a notable visit to the Umbriaverde Shooting Range in Umbria to attend the Emir Cup 2024 in Italy.
Accompanied by His Excellency Nasser Sanhat AlQahtani ambassador of Kuwait to Italy and Dr. Nedhal AlAseem board member of Kuwait Shooting Federation, the esteemed guests interacted warmly with Kuwaiti athletes and participants from other nations underscoring their sincere hopes for success and achievements of high ranks.
ASC President extended his best wishes to all shooters, offering encouragement and confidence for their accomplishments in the competition. The visit highlighted the ASC President's support for participating athletes and their endeavors in the Emir Cup. The President also met with representatives from various International Federations and participated in several medal awarding ceremonies.
The Emir Cup is an annual event which started ten years ago with the support of the late Amir of Kuwait H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. A total of 310 participants from 46 International & Asian Federations Including the Kuwaiti Federation participated in the Emir Cup 2024.
ASC President conveyed his appreciation to H.E. Luciano Rossi, Italian Shotgun Federation, Mr. Ferdinando Rossi and organizing committee for their efforts in successfully organizing the Emir Cup 2024.
