ASC President Meets with Kazakhstan Sports Shooting Federation to discuss preparations for 16th Asian Shooting Championship, Asian Youth Training Camp & ASC General Assembly Meeting 2025.

On the sidelines of the Asian Shotgun Cup 2024 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, ASC President Sheikh Salman AlSabah held a productive meeting with Mr. Oleg Pochivalov, Secretary General of the Kazakhstan Sport Shooting Federation, alongside officials from both sides. The meeting was also attended by Chairperson ASC Technical & Judges Committee Mr. Abdulla AL-Hammadi.

The key agenda of the meeting focused on preparations for the 16th Asian Shooting Championship (all events) which will be held from 16-30 August 2025 in Shymkent, organizing the next Asian Youth Training Camp and the ASC General Assembly Meeting  in Kazakhstan.

The next Asian Youth Training Camp is proposed to be hosted by Kazakhstan, with the exact dates and discipline to be announced soon. This camp aims to provide young athletes with the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience, further contributing to the development of shooting sports across Asia.

In addition to the training camp, the meeting also covered preparations for the 16th Asian Shooting Championship, where all shooting events will take place, as well as the next ASC General Assembly Meeting. ASC President emphasized the importance of ensuring well-organized and successful ASC events.
