ASC Successfully Concludes Online ‘D’ Level Pistol Coaching Course in Russian Language for Central Asian Federations

The Asian Shooting Confederation successfully concluded the ASC Online ‘D’ Level Pistol Coaching Course in Russian language for its member federations in Central Asia.

Organized from November 18 to December 13, 2024, the course was facilitated by the experienced Pistol Coach, Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov.

A total of 33 aspiring Coaches from Asian federations in Central Asia namely Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan actively participated in the Course. They explored a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance their knowledge and coaching skills in Pistol shooting. ASC issued Certificate of Attendance to all the participants and ISSF ‘D’ Coach License will be awarded to the successful Candidates.

ASC President – Sheikh Salman AlSabah expressed heartfelt gratitude to the ISSF President H.E. Luciano Rossi and the ISSF Academy Director H.E. Vesa Nissinen for their support and facilitation for this initiative. He also extended gratitude to the Instructor Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov for his efforts and expertise in delivering the course as well as to all the participants on the successful completion of the course.

This initiative underscores ASC’s commitment to advancing shooting sports in the region by equipping coaches with the expertise needed to train future champions.
